The Regional Patient Offices

You can get advice about your appeal and patient rights by contacting a patient advisor at your regional patient office. The patient advisor can also help you to write the complaint.

The patient advisor has knowledge of healthcare services and in particular in your region and can advise you on your options, including if you want to complain.

The patient advisor can also help you apply for compensation if you are injured caused by pharmaceuticals or in connection with a treatment in the healthcare system.

Each region has a patient office, however, Capital Region of Denmark has several patient offices at different addresses in the region. You can find contact information for your local patient office on the links below.
